Frogg Toggs has incredibly lightweight waterproof breathable rain wear. The Jacket features hideaway hood that stores in collar, elastic waist and cuffs, full front zipper with button down storm flap, and ultrasonicallt sealed seams. Pants feature elastic cuffs and a 7 inch side ankle zip. Pants also have elasticized drawcord waist. Materials: 100% polypropylene trilaminate. Two waterproof and windproof outer layers protect you from the elements. A middle microporous film allows the material to breath through tiny pores 20,000 times smaller than a raindrop but large enough to allow vapors to escape. In tests, it is waterproof. It was tested in Northwest Washington downpours, lengthy rainy spells, and even the four corners of the jacket tied together then filled with water and hung up for 24 hours - not even a bead of condensation on the outside. It is waterproof. The Seams: The main panels of frogg toggs are constructed using a unique "no-needle" seam design. The 3-layer material utilizes the company's patented ultrasonic seam welded process that eliminates any unnecessary holes and prevents any entry of water. The seams on the jacket and bib employ a different layout but feature the same welding process. The zippers are actually sewed on and protection is provided through a storm flap. Comfort: The comfort level of the Pro Angler Suit is outstanding. The material isn't "Downy" soft, but it's featherlight! You can wear it all day and it won't weigh you down.
